Ryu has experience in various capital market projects and transactions, acquisitions of publicly listed companies, and other corporate legal matters. He has a tremendous interest in intellectual property rights.
Ryu obtained his bachelor of law degree from the University of Indonesia, majoring in business law. During his university years, he was actively involved in several organizations, mainly the Career Development Department of Faculty of Law Student Executive Board (Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Indonesia / BEM FH UI). In addition to his college activities, Ryu also performed pro bono work as a legal specialist handling legal matters for one of the largest support organizations for sports in Jakarta.
Prior to joining W&H, Ryu worked in a law firm focusing on dispute resolutions.
