William Palijama graduated from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law in 1996.
William began to practice law in Indonesia in 1997 and specialises in commercial and general litigation, arbitration and dispute resolutions in numerous industries. His areas of expertise include criminal, civil, capital market, state administrative, and industrial relations, among others. William also specialises in bankruptcy and suspension of payment, employment and land issues.
William also has broad experience with national and multinational oil and gas, power plant, pharmaceutical, life science, aviation and freight forwarding companies, and many others.
Prior to establishing W&H, William worked with a major international law firm in Jakarta and as a litigation partner at one of the top Indonesian law firms.
