Corporate Lawyer

DESCRIPTION

Represent plaintiffs and defendants in civil lawsuits. They manage all phases of the litigation from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent English speaking and writing ability
  • An Indonesian law degree (Sarjana Hukum)
  • A licensed Advocate, minimum of 4 (four) years of professional experience as litigation lawyer
  • Additional experience as corporate lawyer would be preferable
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Computer literate

Corporate Lawyer

DESCRIPTION

To assist with correspondence, keep records, make appointments, and carry out similar tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Female, maximum 28 years old
  • Graduated from LPK/STIKS Tarakanita is preferable
  • At least 1 (one) year of experience, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Fluent in English (verbal & non-verbal)
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Good knowledge in all Secretarial Duties, Basic Financial
  • Good communication skill, fast learner, able to work as team, honest, willing to work overtime if needed
