Irvan has handled capital market projects and transactions, particularly IPOs. He was also involved in advisory-based projects focusing on general corporate, employment and labor matters.
Irvan obtained his bachelor’s degree (sarjana hukum) from Diponegoro University Faculty of Law, majoring in business law. During his studies, he was actively involved in several organizations, mainly in the Business Law Society (BLS). He passed the Indonesian Bar Exam held by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
