Alissa handles various capital market projects and transactions, including IPOs, Rights Issues and Acquisitions of Publicly Listed Companies. She focuses on advisory-based projects involving general corporate, aviation, employment and labor matters.
Alissa obtained her bachelor’s degree (sarjana hukum) from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law, majoring in Business Law. During her studies, she actively participated in several organizations, mainly the Asian Law Student Association (ALSA). She passed the Indonesian Bar Exam held by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
